How fast will I get it?

Most songs are delivered within 2–3 hours of ordering. You get an email when your story is received, and again the moment the finished song is ready.

Can I ask for changes?

Yes. Revisions are free — reply to your delivery email and tell us what you want different, and we will re-record it.

What if I don't like it?

Tell us and we will fix it first. If we still cannot get it right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will sort out a refund.

Is it written by a person or generated?

Your lyrics are written from the story you send us — never pulled from a template. If you want to know exactly how we produce your song before you order, message us and we will walk you through it.

What files do I get?

An MP3 by email as standard, which plays on any phone, laptop or speaker. You can add an uncompressed studio WAV master at checkout, and Premium includes both plus a printable lyric sheet.

Can I order in another language?

Yes — pick your language in step 3 of the builder. We currently write in English, Greek, Spanish, French and German.
