• Once your custom song is created, you will receive it directly to the email address you provide at checkout.

Processing Time

• Standard Delivery: Your custom song will be delivered within 3–5 business days.

• Express Delivery: If selected at checkout, your song will be delivered within 24–48 hours.

• In special cases (such as urgent occasions), we also offer Ultra-Fast Delivery within 2–3 hours depending on availability.

Delivery Format

• Songs are delivered in MP3 format.

• Optional MP4 format with custom cover art is available if selected.

Shipping Costs

• Since our products are digital, there are no shipping fees.

Order Confirmation

• After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

• Once your song is ready, a download link (or file attachment) will be sent to your email.

Issues with Delivery

Refunds & Revisions

• As these are personalized digital products, we do not offer refunds once the song has been delivered.
